Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(So this is the thread where Snowflight is found and decides to join RR. Of course since she is SunClan, she will not be fully accepted right away and will be placed under one of the senior scouts to watch since she will opt to become a scout. )
It had been a while since she had first woke up in this small cave after the initial battle with the Regime. Her own sister had left her behind despite knowing that she had collapsed. It had hurt at first, but over time, she had come to enjoy being away from SunClan. After meeting Ellison and Anguis, she learned that the Regime wasn't as evil as SunClan made it out to be or at least Anguis wasn't. She couldn't say much for others besides the two that she knew well. She was well enough to leave the cave at this point and honestly had been for some time. She had really just been putting off leaving. Where would she go? Back to SunClan? She wasn't sure if she was prepared to forgive a clan that had left her to die. Perhaps this was something she would discuss with Anguis when he got here today.

His black and white fur stuck up like he hadn't groomed it in days. He knew that Snowflight was well enough to leave now. What if she leaves me? What if she goes back to Sunclan and hates me? What if the Regime doesn't accept her if she gets caught? The questions swarmed in his mind like bees. His denim blue eyes trailed the ground as he made his way towards the cave Snowflight had been hidden in. "Uh, Snowflight? Are you awake?" He asked shyly, stepping into the area. She had been hidden away for a while now and only a few cats had figured out that she was there. Luckily, all of them had kept quiet.

Shae had decided to follow the tom, she was a spy after all. Well a spy in training that is and wouldn't Xuxa and her father be proud to see how good she was at this? It was all she could do to keep from chuckling to herself as she stalked behind Angus almost like prey. When he had reached the cave curiosity sparked in her emerald eyes but, she had to wait for him to enter the cave. If she just rushed in now it would ruin everything. On silent paws she made her way over to the cave once the tom had disappeared inside. Making sure not to draw attention to herself she peered around the larger cat to see who he was talking to. Wide eyed she let out an audible gasp at the sight of the Sunclan warrior
Diana was at the head of a hunting patrol. It was her first hunting patrol since stepping down from her spy position and honestly, she couldn't be happier. She would much rather be out here hunting than sneaking around on enemy territory. Hunting had always been her natural calling. Although, her attention had been drawn to the sight of Cadet Shae going into a cave, a cave that was empty as far as she knew. It sat just on the border so it was rare to see anyone go out this far. She glanced back at her patrol before motioning for them to follow her into the cave.
Snowflight's expression had brightened at the sight of Anguis. Sure he was a bit on the jumpy side and he had serious anxiety issues, but honestly, she had always found him to be very endearing. She was constantly having to reassure him but it had never really bothered her. "I'm awake. Honestly, I've been having trouble sleeping lately. It must be because of-" She broke off when she heard a small gasp and tensed. Was he followed again? She turned, her icy blue eyes were already scanning the shadows to find who it was that had followed Anguis into the cave.

Laurel followed Diana into the cave, letting out a yawn as she entered. The scout had not slept that well the night before, but her curiosity was keeping her awake.
Anguis listened to her words calmly until she suddenly stopped at the gasp. His ears pricked up in alarm and he twirled around to face the source of the sound. "H-h-h-hello?" He called anxiously. "C-c-come out." He tried to reassure himself and just say that it was Ellison or one of the others playing a trick, but the anxiety in his belly told him the exact opposite.
The first thing she noted upon entering the cave was the faint scent of SunClan. It was fading at this point, but she still detected the scent of a foreign cat. She could also hear Anguis's voice. He sounded nervous. That wasn't unusual, but she did have to wonder what a guider was doing this far out on his own. Had Shae been following him? It was possible. She glanced back at Laurel and motioned for her to stay close as she moved forward to see what was going on.

Shae blinked a couple of times, clamping her mouth shut as Snowflight peered at her from around Anguis. At first she couldn't find her voice. Whst the heck had she walked into, and after several moments she spoke up. "Spy Cadet Shae" the small black she cat mowed, stepping around her sputtering group mate. "Who are you and why are you here?"

The chocolate-furred scout did as Diana directed and remained close while peering into the darkness to see what was going on. "Sunclan." She whispered, fighting to keep the growl out of her voice. What if they were attacking Anguis? Could the skittish guider defend himself?
"Wait! It's not what you think! She's a good cat!" Anguis spoke suddenly, his voice high-pitched and frantic. Honestly, it was a wonder how he didn't get caught before with his terrible anxiety. "Her name is Snowflight."
Snowflight laid her tail on his shoulder. He was beginning to panic. This wasn't going to help either of them at the moment, especially not her. She was pretty sure that the Regime still hated SunClan for everything they had done. She had learned a lot during her time here in this cave. She knew now that she could never return to SunClan knowing what she knew. She was also well enough to leave now so they had lost the argument of forcing her out would be cruel. "Anguis found me after the battle several moons ago. SunClan left me here after I collapsed due to my wounds. Anguis saved my life. I hold no ill will to him or any member of the Regime." Her voice was soft and cautious but her eyes didn't hold a trace of animosity. If they wanted her to leave, she would, but she wasn't sure where she would go. She couldn't return to SunClan as she was now. She had lost any faith she might have had in her former clan and the Sun God that she had once worshipped as her deity.
Diana glanced over at Laurel. Her green eyes were narrowed at this point. She then stepped forward, revealing herself from the shadows. Something wasn't adding up. How had Anguis managed to keep a secret that long without anyone finding out? She didn't think it would be possible. Perhaps she had taken him hostage? It was possible at least and she couldn't ignore the danger that this cat posed to one of her own. "Are you telling me that Anguis actually managed to keep a secret from the entirety of the Regime for several moons? If you knew him at all, you would see the impossibility of your statement."

Anguis' eyes widened in surprise. He didn't realize himself how he ended up keeping a secret for that long... Oh wait. "Yeah, you're right!" He piped up suddenly, ears pricking upwards. He had to make them see that she wasn't lying. The last thing they needed was more hostility. His eyes flicked to Laurel's, catching the doubt in her gaze for a moment. He swallowed hard then began to kneed the ground with the back of his paw. "Well, I mean, a couple of others found out..." He trailed off uneasily, wondering if Ellison would blame him forever if he mentioned him knowing. And the other half of the Regime that had figured out...
Diana was still not pleased, but she had yet to leave her spot. "So then if that's the case...Anguis, mind telling us what is going on here? Why is a SunClan cat being sheltered on our land without Commander Mars's knowledge? While you are at it, you can go ahead and tell me who all knew of this and kept your little secret" She wasn't happy about this. She wasn't the type to blindly attack others though so she would hear him out, but either way, he was going to be brought before the Commander. Either way, this probably wasn't the best way to confront Anguis, but she was too angry to care. Diana's presence was an intimidating one at the best of times. It was even worse when she was angry. Part of her realized she was only going to frighten Anguis this way, but it was already too late to turn back.

“I-I-I-I-I-I...” This went on for some time. You see, Anguis was stuck in such utter anxiety he simply could not form words. His heart raced like a mad rabbit and his ears felt like they were actually on fire. How could he possibly explain this situation? I met this Sunclan cat and she was really hurt and I couldn’t just leave her there but I couldn’t tell anyone and I didn’t know what to do so then Anguis, no I mean Ellison, caught me but he was nice enough to keep my secret and then a few cadets figured out but they were sworn to secrecy and in the mean time I fell in love with her and I can’t bare to be without her... The run on thought went on and on while the others stared at him waiting for a response.

Sensing that he was beginning to panic, Snowflight took a small step forward that brought her to his side. She then laid her tail on his shoulder. She knew she was in a bit of a bind at the moment but Anguis panicking wasn't going to help them at all. "It doesn't seem like we'll be getting out of it this time Anguis. Take a deep breath and tell her the story from the beginning. She hated to make him tell the story when he was like this, but she knew these cats weren't going to trust a thing she said. They would have to hear it from Anguis for them to even start believing the story.
