Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
He was getting used to his life in the Regime, that much was obvious. As the Golden tom paced the training post, waiting for his ever truant cadets to make an appearance. He was mildly disappointed so few of his cadets had been promoted this past mood but, was happy to add two new cadets to his troops. As for the others he would have to buckle down on their training for sure. Conrad has a full day planned for them, and had told all the cadets to meet him here at dawn. Now it was just a matter of waiting.
Cadet Rena was the first to arrive. She was now one of the oldest scout cadets and she was eager to show Superior Conrad the skills that she had learned in training. Cadet Ryder was trailing along behind her, looking excited for his first training session as a cadet.
He was the pretty boy with a handsome soul to match his looks but could lash anyone to pieces with his silver devils tongue. To leave it at being the most eligible bachelor of the Regime was down playing him. He was the picture perfect son of Commander Mars who got on good terms with his family and last moment switched his entire career choice to be a Scout. Every rank had it's difficulties, but being a scout meant hunting for close to 100 cats with tykes who would stop nursing very soon. Currently there were 19 cats to hunt for the 100 including himself. He dropped his goal as a mercenary and instead was dedicating his life to help feed the Regime with the goal of no cat going hungry.
The platinum blond wiry framed tom stepped over into the training arena. His green eyes were hidden by curly locks of fur coiling inward seemingly blocking his sight. His long bangs bobbed to the movement of his head as he stared up at his mentor to be just barely revealing his jasmine green gaze, "Hello, I'm Cadet Zion and I'm hoping to catch a crow today."
Rena had to smile when she heard Zion. He was eager which was a good thing. She did realize that a lot of tykes preferred the path of a mercenary. They didn't realize the importance of the scouts in the Regime. "You're just a little late aren't you?" Teasing him might not be the best idea but she honestly couldn't help herself. Newer cadets had always been adorable in her opinion.
Cadet Zion forced himself to avoid looking rudely past Cadet Rena and Ryder, but it probably wouldn't have done him any good anyways. There were no other scents in the den. This would be his first time hunting ever, although he really wanted to make it two crows now he knew he wasn't going to be able to bring enough home. Regaining his composure he closed his mouth once more, "Well, it's a pleasure to be hunting with you regardless. I hope I can keep up," He said when most of the time a cadets first day didn't mean any success when they had never even seen sunlight let alone the actual surface or any experience hunting. Then again he wasn't sure if they would be hunting in the tunnels digging up rabbits and moles or hunting above.
"Of course not! The others are just late." Rena shook her head. Cadet Zion was definitely going to make things interesting. She hoped that he would be able to listen to Superior Conrad though. She would hate to see anyone get in trouble on their first day of training. That would probably be one of the most embarrassing things that could happen to a cadet.
Cadet Zion looked comforted, "Oh, of course, that's great news!"
He wondered if he should be embarrassed for not knowing that, but he'd been in Post Kilo up until now, how could he have known how many scout cadets they had? He looked back up at Superior Conrad, he was noticing he was a lot shorter than the other cadets, but figured they must be older since he was a newly made cadet. Or at least he hoped his littermates and him weren't just short and wouldn't grow any bigger than this...
Fallclan leader, nightclan MCA and a clumsy disaster xD

Cadet Orion new he was late, but at this point there was nothing he could do about it and so instead of quickening his pace he walked on in a steady manner until he heard voices. He stepped into their view and sat down a short distance away not saying a word but giving a small nod in greeting, he didn't know the older cadets only the ones, like him who had just left post kilo and he wasn't sure what they would be like.
"Hi Orion-t Cadet Orion," Cadet Zion corrected himself and gave an excited grin, "Isn't it cool that we don't have to stay in Post Kilo anymore? I was kind of worried I wouldn't know anyone here, not many of us decided to be scouts."
