Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"I feel you know more," Xuxa sang out, her claws tip toeing over to his throat, "And if you won't tell me here I'll have to drag you back with me all the way to-"
Blood didn't just drizzle, it splattered from Xuxa's neck all over Cinnamonpaw. The kit or at least what could only be assumed was a kit at the time hadn't clawed at Xuxa, but sank her fangs in and tore out a massive chunk of her skin onto the ground. Judging by her teeth there was no way this was a kit, no kit would have teeth that long or sharp yet. They were bent inward like a snakes so that any movement her victim made to try to free themselves from her would only result in them scraping off their own flesh in the process.
Xuxa screamed out and darted back off of Cinnamonpaw, her cobalt blue eyes burned with anger, "So you've decided to show your true side," She hissed placing a paw over her own throat, "I didn't think you'd give up a meal that easily."
Tia licked her lips, "Go away Xuxa," She said like a kid tired of playing with their bratty friend. Even if she apparently wasn't the age of a kit, everything about her still screamed otherwise, especially her pouty expression.
Xuxa's gaze sank into Cinnamonpaw for a moment, but seemed to be deciding that this fight probably wasn't worth it, either way it would appear that Xuxa and Tia clearly knew one another.
Completely shocked, Cinnamonpaw froze in his place. His senses failed him for a moment, and for a few heartbeats it seemed he would pass out. But he hung in there, still in shock, wondering what had just happened. He blinked quickly, regaining his senses, and looked at the two cats. That kit--no, that definitely wasn't a kit--she knew this molly.
"W-why--who?--I-I--" He stuttered pathetically, not seeming to find the right words.
The she-cat cleaned her rounded face of blood, fluffing up her cheek fur a bit, "I was hunting you, it's what I do, eat cats, but when you said you help heal I decided not to. Seemed immoral."
Her yellow eyes fastened onto him, "Hey, it's okay, you're safe now, I had your back and I don't require any favors in return except that you don't mention this to your mentor. She and I have some bad blood."
She patted Cinnamonpaw's chest leaving a bit of a red stain, "You'll be okay."
And while the notion of her ‘hunting’ him, added with the fact that she eats other cats, shocked him, he couldn’t help but be grateful to her. She did save his life, after all. “T—thank you?” He said quietly, taking a few steps backwards, not sure if he should leave or not. “No, I won’t tell her.” Though he was curious as to what happened between them, he knew it would be best to leave it alone. Staring at the red mark on his chest, he set a reminder to himself to clean it off before he went back home.
Tia looked him up and down, "I'm a good friend to have, y'know. If you're interested I could perhaps be your personal body guard, I could only work part time. If I guard you, then it can be seen as my prison sentence being worked off with volunteer work, your clan has come pretty close to catching me this last moon. This might be a good deal for the both of us, if you're interested," She purred like a kitten.
“Friends?” He said slowly, unsure. Did he really want to be friends with a kit-sized cannibal? Would she kill and eat him if he refused? “I mean—uhm—yeah? If you promise not to eat me or anything.” He said quietly. She did protect him, though. Save his life, really. It would be good to keep her around. She seemed nice—in the killer cannibal sort of way, he supposed. “I guess, y-yeah. It’s the least I could do for saving my life.” He nervously laughed. “Thanks again.”
