Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
With the deputy gone missing, Wyverndelirium had been left in charge of assigning patrols -- and to be honest, he was enjoying it. He felt he was much better at the job than his brothers ever had been and he was content to keep acting as deputy as long as he has given the chance. "Silvermist," he called, turning to the tabby with a dip of his head, "I need you to take a patrol out. Bring Tempestwind, Umbramoon, and... Bubblepaw," he decided. "We saw some twolegs upriver a few sunrises ago, a little beyond the borders. Check and make sure they've left and aren't causing trouble." It was an easy mission, so he wasn't worried about sending a young warrior and an apprentice with them. If there was trouble, he thought the two older she-cats would do a fine job of looking after everyone.
Tempestwind was washing her light brown tabby fur, doing her best to get her fur to lie in a way to conceal the scars that marred her flesh. Her ear swiveled towards Wyverndelirium and she paused in her washing, tongue out. She'd thought she heard her name, and she turned her head in their direction.
"Oh! Okay!" Silvermist agreed, dipping her head to the deputy. "I will get right on that!" She scanned the clearing until her blue eyes landed on Tempestwind. The bubbly silver tabby bounded over to the much more intimidating warrior as if they were best friends. "Hi Tempestwind! Wanna go on a top secret patrol with me!?" she asked, waving her tail in the air, even though it really wasn't a top secret patrol. She just wanted to pretend it was top secret.
Umbramoon had been in the clearing just as Tempestwind was, washing her fur. She had perked her ears at Silvermist's cheery voice. She knew she was scheduled for a patrol this morning, and she figured this 'top secret patrol' was it. She padded closer to the two she-cats.
