Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Honestly Venus wasn't sure why Mars had decided to be so untrusting of newcomers as of late. She did know that her brother only wanted what was best for the Regime though so while she had her paws full with her tykes, she would do her best to show Whispyfeather the ways of the Regime. In a way, perhaps it would help those that decided to join them to find their true calling in the Regime. Venus was well aware how different they were from the clans. Trying to fit in here could be confusing. "Good morning Whispyfeather. How are you feeling today?" Venus had come up beside her now. "Are you feeling up to a walk through the tunnels? I can show you around and introduce you to a few of our fellow soldiers."
It hadn't taken her long to realize that being tall served her absolutely horribly here. Her father had been once of the tallest DayClan medicine cats in their remembered history. In her youth she had always been self conscious about her ginormous size, but over time learned it made her a powerful hunter for running along the field lands. Now she felt like a kit again worried people would stare from needing to duck her head low along certain tunnels. She was hoping some of her kits still in DayClan would move back with her and knew that they weren't as tall as her, hopefully they wouldn't struggle... Hopefully they would be allowed in.
"Sure," Whispyfeather said, after all what could be done about the ceiling height?
She already knew some cats which made her comfortable or well. Maybe more comfortable than others. She wondered if Eclipse was alright with her given everything DayClan made her go through and her own husband made her go through.
She moved next to Venus, her enormous feather black, white tipped tail could almost fill up the same amount of space as a cadet. The rest of her was a typical grey tabby kind of a look with a white underbelly, chest, muzzle, and legs.
Venus was not as tall as Whispyfeather, but she shared her brother's larger muscular form. Mars was definitely the largest of her siblings, but she was right behind him. She never thought much of her height since there were quite a few mercenaries in her family. Then again her family tended to run on the larger side and her own litter hadn't helped things much. She wasn't to worried about the size of her family though. That was the least of her worries at the moment.
Honestly, she was glad to speak to someone new, someone that didn't know of the scandal that she had caused around her, Fjord, and Limavady. Even now she could see some of her groupmates watching her with pity in their eyes. They would watch the tykes that were clearly Limavady's and shake their heads. This is why the question of how she was doing was a bit of an odd one. She had heard that quite a bit here lately.
"I'm...Alright. Perhaps a bit tired. Looking after so many at once is difficult. I suppose I should be lucky that Momi and I had our tykes so close together." Momi helped her to nurse her oversized litter and on occasions, Jasmine helped to watch them since she had recently become an origin as well. Speaking of Jasmine..." She had spotted her just up ahead. "Come on. I'll introduce you to Jasmine. She's a raiser like us."
Raiser Jasmine was a smaller version of Commander Mars. The young she cat was identical to her father in pelt color down to the white patch on her chest and even had the same pale green eyes. She was much smaller than her father however and was more slender than bulky. "Jasmine!" The younger she cat turned her head when she heard her aunt's voice. "Jasmine have you met Whispyfeather yet? She just recently joined us."
