Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"I said shut up!" Little Lotta-tyke rammed into the tyke in front of her in an attempt to push them down. Of course she was too small to do much of anything. She was going to show them all. She wasn't too small to be a mercenary. All she had to do was beat this tyke up and she would prove just that. She was tired of being made fun of because of her small size. She would grow. She just had to! Her brothers and sisters were still growing after all. They were bigger than her now, but one day she was going to be big and tall just like her daddy Fjord.

"Lotta-tyke."
Speaking of the former commander, Fjord padded up behind his baby girl and placed his tail on her shoulders. It almost took up her whole body, but he thought it was adorable. "It's not kind to push others." He sat down next to her and offered her a smile. "Now, what happened?"
"They told me I couldn't be a mercenary! I'm tired of being teased and made fun of! I'll be big one day. I'll be as big as you!" She cast another furious glare at the tyke in front of her. "I'm not going to be a stupid guider! I want to learn to fight!"

"Hmph. If you say so." Sorcha-tyke meowed with contempt before stalking off to find her siblings and mother.
Fjord shook his head and leaned down so he was closer to her level. "I'll see if Diesdré will speak to Sorcha about her manners." He promised, although he wasn't sure if the new Chaman would actually do that. "You'll prove them wrong, even if you decide you don't want to be a mercenary. You're going to be the best at any field and your mother and I will always be so proud of you." He purred. "How about I take you out and let you meet some of the other mercenaries? I bet they wouldn't mind showing you a few moves." He offered, casting a sheepish look in Venus' direction.
Lotta-tyke glared after Sorcha-tyke as she left. She would be a mercenary. She would show them all." When her father mentioned her going to see the mercenaries, her eyes lit up. "Can we go? Can we?" Her anger had vanished in an instant to be replaced by excitement.
Meanwhile, Venus actually looked a bit worried, but she inclined her head to show that she was alright with Fjord taking their daughter out of Post Kilo for a short while. She knew there was a chance that she would not be permitted to become a mercenary. She just didn't have the heart to tell her daughter this. Lotta-tyke deserved to have the full support of her parents no matter what she chose to do.
