Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The days had been passing in maddening conformity. Wake, eat, hunt, train, eat, patrol, sleep. Remix and repeat. Kasdeya supposed the uniformity was a comfort, knowing what to expect, but it did make the days crawl by. She had few friends as it was- only a few had gotten past her bitter exterior, and none knew her well enough to call her friend. Still, she knew she caught eyes. Some had taken to calling her witch queen, which irritated her. She didn't act any more odd than the standard PI cat, but her looks were captivatingly unique. Thick, soft cream fur was marked with gentle gray on her cheeks, tail, and one ear tip. Her small, wiry frame and pink nose weren't out of place, but the most stark feature of hers were her eyes- one a rich amber, the other a crystal blue with a splotchy brown triangle off the iris. Her eyes were always what caught other cats attention, and made her stand out distinctly.
Was it right for a Huntress, barely out of training, to be this bored? Maybe not, but she couldn't help it. The day had been hot, but in the evening sunshine it was pleasantly warm, and Kasdeya sat near the big mossy oak tree outside of camp, pawing lazily at a beetle that scuttled past.
