Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Times had grown tense. The Regime was at war with SunClan and Mars had lost his first life thanks to Foxstar's dirty underhanded tricks. Of course he had no intentions of letting things remain as they were. Taking down Foxstar once and for all was not going to be easy, but he knew that was what he was going to have to do if the Regime was ever to have peace. To do this, he had gathered the Regime's greatest minds together. Many of the Regime's members were former commanders and chamans. He had gathered them together today in headquarters. He was hoping that they could all come up with something that would rid them of Foxstar for good and bring peace to the Regime once more.
He was tense. He was honestly still recovering from their last battle. He knew that SunClan would probably be back sometime soon considering who their new prisoner was, but he would be preparing for that. Part of him realized that he would not be able to keep her here forever, but for now, he had her on Prisoner Island with guards to keep her from escaping until he decided what he wanted to do with her now. He sighed quietly. The others should be arriving soon so he would worry about that later.

Fjord gave his former superior a friendly nod as he padded into the post. His limp had gotten better, but it was still visible as he made his way over to the commander and sat down. Despite his poor hearing and crippled leg, the snow white mercenary still looked powerful and muscular. It was obvious that he had been training more since Venus had their tykes. He wanted to be able to protect them from any enemy, especially if Sunclan tried to make any more moves.
A lanky blue-grey tom was next to arrive, his muzzle lined with silver fur from age. While his coat and the slight tension as he walked in gave away his age, his blue-green eyes were as sharp as ever. The wiry tom had been known for his intelligence and battle wit. He had grown a bit snarky since becoming a Veteran, but his eyes were shining as he entered the post. "Greetings Commander Mars, Fjord." He greeted the two with a dip of his head. It was obvious he was thrilled and honored to be invited to the meeting.
As quiet as a guilty mouse, Anguis was next to make his way to their gathering place. Anxiety rippled under his coat as he wondered why they had been called. What if they had figured out his secret? What if they were going to kill Snowflight? What if they killed him? What if he was banished from the Regime and had to live as a loner then slowly died of starvation? "AH, I'M SORRY!" He blurted, eyes wide with worry.
The greatest minds the Regime had to offer were all invited to assemble given recent events. Some were past commanders, others were of other great ranks of privilege. Sean strode in, his celestial brown fur softer than angel feathers and second to none. He had a muscle toned god given body with a scar along his right eyes standing out like a chipped piece of marble off of an otherwise glorious statue. He had a brown streak down the bridge of his nose and an off brown chest fur with flecks of chocolate brown spots. His ears and tip of his tail were licked in a gold shade and his eyes were an exotic green like hellebore flowers.
His slender arm gently padded in place a few stray furs along the side of his cheek, "I'm here, better late than ugly I always say," He winked with a boyish smile.
He lifted his paw away from his cheek only to realize that his claw... His beautiful. GORGEOUS manicured claw had become a hang nail, the tip slightly off and hanging by a thread. If he could get some sap and maybe the right herbs he could fix this, "Uhhhh, I'm going to go to the powder place, freshen up a bit," Sean explained trying to hide his damaged claw, mainly because no one considered a beauty emergency an actual emergency worth leaving a meeting for.
Mars had smiled at Fjord and gave Ren a respectful nod. It was odd to think that he had really come this far. Ren had been commander when Mars was just a tyke and now he was the commander himself. He would have time to ponder this later though. For now they really needed to focus on the task at hand. It looked like most everyone had arrived save for his superiors but he was sure they would be here in time. "Anguis what are you talking about? What are you apologizing for?" He tilted his head to the side questioningly. Then as Sean excused himself he sighed. "I suppose we are still waiting for a few members anyway. We will start when everyone is here."

"U-uh..." Anguis stammered on his words at Mars' question. Did he not know? Wait. What if he did and he was trying to get him to confess? But then, if he didn't know then Anguis would give away the secret and Snowflight would be in danger again... But, what if they kicked him out of the Regime for not confessing? "It's no-nothing." He finally responded, plopping down on the ground next to Fjord with an exasperated sigh. Hopefully they didn't know...
"Sit down, Sean. Time is of the essence here, and I'd rather not be delayed by your bat-brained ego."
They weren't all former Commanders or Chamans called here. Such cats had a tendency to slip into very limited mindsets; either fight fight fight, or peace peace peace. It was a shame that espionage was becoming a lost art these days.
Emerging into the meeting as if she stepped out of a shadow itself, Veteran Eclipse gracefully slid into a spot beside Sean, taking only a brief moment to whack him upside the head with her whip-like tail before taking a seat among the council. Despite having served as a Spy for her entire career, the slender she-cat was more than qualified to be here. Not only was she the oldest cat in the Regime, but she was also the only spy in Regime history to hold the title 'Queen of espionage', and her beloved daughter San had grown up to be a Chaman herself. Of course, that wasn't even getting into her grandchildren...
As her lavender gaze regarded all of the cats that had arrived before her, Eclipse's dark stare lingered on the Commander with contempt and resentment hidden behind her mask of indifference. What happened to Gardenia was a personal betrayal to her, but this was no time to hold grudges. The Regime must always come first.
Chaman Roon made her way into the tunnel where they gathered. She was not a fighter, never had been. Preferred to stay out of battle, and far away unless her skills were needed. Roon was unsure why she had been called to join the meeting, but did not question the commander as she slipped into the group in silence.
Sean scoffed twice at Eclipse before getting whipped upside the head by her tail with black fur stuck in his mouth as he choked for a moment spitting it out in disgust. He immediately raised up his brown paw, "MARS! Eclipse invaded my personal bubble. I'm a forgiving person so I think we should just lock her in the dungeons for like two weeks," He smiled with a mock graciousness that only a bold face liar could carry. There was nothing about him that was forgiving, but he hardly ever messed with any of the she-cats in the Regime and if he did he always lived to regret it. Probably why when he was commander despite having on going feuds he never randomly threw anyone in the dungeon, he just never had that kind of power given his unreasonable tantrums.
He unsheathed his claws which for any other cat would be a threat, but for him it was only to admire or in this case, fret over the broken tip of his claws.

"Oh, Sean. Your claw will be fine." Ren told the fretting tom, whiskers twitching in amusement. Sean had always been a bit much, but he knew that he was a good cat to have by your side.
He gave a respectful nod to Chaman Roon and then Eclipse. He had a great deal of respect for the graceful she-cat. Not only did they share a post now, but she had seen more moons than he had.
