Alexi wove through the deep shadows of night, moving silently away from camp and towards the shore. She and the other Rebel leaders had called a meeting in the dead of night, in a cavern discovered a few weeks before. It wasn't that this she-cat had anything against Solaris personally, but she was ready for a change in the status quo- too long had the line of Nemesis' been unbroken and unquestioned. Excitement stirred in her bones at the idea of crowning her own queen- Corvus, a Proxy whom Solaris would never expect to overtake him.

Rimanetta had left her two daughter Veda and Moira behind. Her dark tabby pelt, small size, and the darkness of the night made it easier for the Hunter to slip out of camp. She slipped into the cavern to join Alexi. Like Alexi she also supported the idea of crowning the Proxy Corvus as the new Nemesis. The she-cat had her own personal opinions on the matter. One, she didn't trust Solaris because he had been chosen by Vera. Two, Vera had made it her mission to try and wipe out the Primal Instinct bloodlines that connected to former Nemeses. Third Rimanetta liked the idea of Corvus a descendent of a former Primal Instinct Nemesis. Much like how Rimanetta was connected to Metra E'tani a fact she kept to herself.
