Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Jaypaw absorbed the information before responding. He was absolutely thrilled to know that he had at least one parent that wasn't a murderous traitor or a rogue. He was pure WaterClan and any doubts that he had about where he belonged could now be abolished, without a question of a doubt, Jaypaw belonged in WaterClan. "Yellowmoon manipulated a lot of cats. She was smart, I only wish she had used that for good instead of evil, but I am happy to know that I have you and Gravelshell and Caspianpaw. Knowing I have more kin softens the blow of losing Vanillapaw, not by a lot, but I don't feel as alone anymore." he stated. Jaypaw wasn't particularly close with his littermates, he cared deeply for them, but he still wasn't close and he looked forward to forming a relationship with his newfound kin.
Bluepelt smiled, relief and joy flooding his soul. The shear amount of happiness he felt was unexpected; despite all of his fears about telling Jaypaw, he hadn't completely realized how much having a son meant to him. For the first time, he finally understood why his sister had been so willing to give up leadership, immortality, for her kits. It made so much sense now. This brave young tom was what he was leaving behind for the world; his legacy, and Waterclan's future. Overcome by emotion, the lean tom stepped forward and pulled the apprentice into an embrace. "You don't...you don't ever have to call Yellowmoon your mother again, if you don't want to. She never gave you a second thought until she found a use for you; that's not a mother. And I never really loved her, even back when she was my friend; that's not a mate. I-I had a mate once...Sproutheart. She was sweet, and caring, and absolutely beautiful. She would've loved you."
