Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
In a league of murderers, sadists, and the mentally insane Lucistic could be considered to be among the privileged. His family wasn't of any powerful leader descent or held any royal status, but instead were spoken of as a thing of legend. His father Rake had been warden and was rumored to have been possessed by a demon. His mother Green was the longest serving proxy that still held her record to this day and was considered the Goddess of chaos. Their reputations passed down to Lucistic and his family. He was massive like his father with a mountainous build and his voice was sly and taunting like his mother. Now the black tom moved like liquid shadows weaving in and out of the tree line until he stumbled upon Solaris E'tan. An evil grin skimmed past his face before smoothing over as he approached.
"Aww, don't you look cute today? I didn't know the league had an open policy for kittypet faced felines," Lucistic mused, but in his head knew he'd have to go harder than that, "You know Cor-Cor... Cory! Yes. Cory is a way better leader than you cause he wouldn't get mixed up for as a kittypet."
Who was Cory? Corvus. Did Lucistic remember his name, absolutely not. But it was hard to keep such a calm expression when he could feel his heart beating twice as fast. Maybe he'd get clawed in the face or his fur ripped out. He felt the warm tickle of excitement reach his skin, but held back a shiver. He couldn't let it show or else Solaris wouldn't give him the pain he wanted.
Solaris E’tan had never been easily aroused to anger, preferring instead to exact cold, cruel vengeance. It was this composure that had elevated him above the other cats of the League, those who acted in the heat of the moment or from their own insanity. So now, when Lucistic approached him in solitude and began berating him, he simply listened with his brilliant orange eyes trained on the other tom. They rivaled each other in size, but Solaris had no plans to fight him.
“What are you rambling on about?” The Nemesis asked after he had finished speaking, both bemused and slightly amused by his odd collection of words. He wasn’t quite sure who Cory was either. “You’ve never caused any issues before this.”
(Sorry, I lost the rp, but it's on my rp tracker now)
"PFT, no, remember that time... Where I. Um. Called you a delicate flower. Yeah, you probably don't, it was behind your back. I said it for years, it's been festering inside me like a flower on fire. There's just so much rebellious rage inside of me for not being cool enough. Honestly, the insults could go on all day, I'm pretty relentless. Like the only times I've backed down was when someone beat me up super bad, really it's the only way I can listen. But you're too soft for that so y'know. I don't have any worries about that," Lucistic said with a shrug before glancing away and then immediately looking back over at Solaris E'tan if he was going to do something about it. Truly he was hoping Solaris was a hot head, they always attacked the longest, but their hits were lighter compared to someone in an outright moment of fury, but those lasted for a few blissful moments.
Technically Solaris shouldn't have been surprised- there were plenty of slightly unhinged cats in the League, and he knew a little about Lucistic's background. Still, he had never quite faced a conundrum of this variety, and he took a moment to mull through the other tom's words. "You want me to... beat you up?" He clarified, an eyebrow cocked inquisitively. This tom had the subtlety of a youngling, so it had taken Solaris less than a minute to figure out his goal. However, he didn't understand the motive- he had never met any cat who enjoyed pain.
"N-No. Okay honestly this is more fun if you don't know, but you already figured it out and you think you're so smart that I don't have a prayer on making you second doubt yourself. So yeah, I want you to beat me up, though it's way more fun when I can find what makes you tick. Come on, let me keep trying you little nemesis wanna be. Or maybe it's less about your pride and more about your looks? I'll figure it out," Lucistic promised. A smirk rose to his lips, the kind that belonged to demons and not to playful cats like him. There were the strategists and then there were the maniacs of the league, almost no in between, but with Lucistic he seemed like a strategist pretending to be a maniac. Dying for someone, anyone to underestimate him so he could have his fun, but it was a tall order when everyone knew who his family was. Still there was a glimmer in his eyes, he wanted so madly to feel that shock of pain, but looking into Solaris's eyes it seemed he was going to starve him of what he really wanted.
"I mean come on! I've seen you get mad at all the others calling you names, believing you'll be a terrible leader, just let all of it out on me," Lucistic persuaded.
