Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Leucisticcrow and Magentarush, I need both of you with me on a border patrol," Auburnwolf said.
The Siamese licked his paw, he had been assigning patrols almost daily ever since the council permitted him to be chief. He was among the few cats in DayClan who didn't like outsiders and despite his clans disapproval in hostility towards people who simply wished to speak at the border he had a tendency to attack and ask questions later. It was why he typically could only patrol the southern and eastern borders because there were no clans on those sides and he could only bother rogues.
Leucisticcrow lifted his head, if it was a hunting patrol he would have said no, but a border patrol sounded fun. He looked over to Magentarush and then Auburnwolf, none of them seemed like the battle ready warrior images he thought should be on a border patrol, but maybe they didn't have much to fight against and therefore didn't need a lot of muscle. Or maybe that was why he was asked to accompany this patrol.
Auburnwolf headed off, his short furred tail waved rhythmically back and forth as he led the way. His auburn ear twitched slightly at the sound of Leucisticcrow's large steps. For such a lean wiry cat his towering build definitely made him come off loud. Than again the guy was from WaterClan, it wasn't like back there he was scaring away any prey unless hew as by a river. Auburnwolf took a breath and tried to ignore the large warrior as he continued on his way, "So Magentarush were you born here? I came here as a kittypet... Well as you can tell," He gestured to the collar that none of the warriors were able to get off due to its strong leather.
"Sounds like a personal question, you don't have to answer that," Leucisticcrow said teasingly.
