Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It was not often that Violetstar would lead patrols, but today she was feeling as if she wanted to get a good check on the territory near BrookClan. At the gathering she had heard whispers of their leader possibly have gone missing. With their odd ranks, she wasn’t sure who that meant was in place to keep it going. Which meant rebellion and possible border crossings. So she wanted to definitely check it out.
Her gaze seept across the camp, wondering who she might choose to attend with her.
Silvermist laid in a sunny spot in camp, hoping to catch some warm rays on a chilly day. She couldnt wait for new leaf and the warm weather it brings with it. She had nothing particular to do and she would rather take the time to relax than do anything but being a warrior of a clan meant participating in anyway. She assumed that if she was needed, surely someone would ask her. But for now, those rays of sun felt lovely on her back.
Then her purple hued eyed landed upon Silvermist. A trustable warrior, definitely. She made her way towards the feline,”Are you busy today?” She asked, though she knew really, that she was not.

Meanderingwolf was desperate to get out of the nursery. Clan life was not something the former rogue was used to. The walls of the nursery seemed to cave in on her. Though she knew it was the best place for her and her kits. She had heard that Leatherstar's clan had revolted against him in favor of StarClan over the ancient whom he worshiped. She now feared the former leader now rogue would be looking for her and her kits. She peeked from the nursery to see Violetstar. Could she be looking for cats for a task. She needed a task. She exited the den after checking to see her kits warmly tucked in. "Violetstar." She meowed. "Are you preparing a patrol?"
Silvermist's eyes popped open as Violetstar approached. She stretched and let out a yawn before answering her leader. "No. Do you need me for something?" She asked as her eyes landed on Meanderingwolf who was approaching.
At the word patrol, Whiteperch's ears pricked. Leaping to his paws, the small white and brown tom bounded over to the group waving his tail. "Did someone say patrol?' he asked with a smile, his pale brown eyes bright with excitement.
Violetstar hardly had time to answer as the other two cats eagerly chimed in. She found herself purring of amusement, but also pride that her clanmates readily offered themselves for a patrol. “Yes, all of you may come along. I was afraid I might have to pick cats out myself, but it seems that the patrol has come to me!” The tortoise shell she-cat responded, a laugh peeking from her words.
Silvermist purred along with her leader, excitement waking her up. It will be nice going out on a patrol with her leader and clanmates. "Where are we going to go?" she asked, trying not to sound too excited.
“Near the boarder with BrookClan. I’ve been hearing some gossip from the gatherings about the on-goings...” Violetstar mewed, answering Silvermist softly. The leader glanced at the other cats, then flicked her tail. “Let’s go, if everyone is ready.”
"I'm ready!" Silvermist bounced, more awake now then she previously had been. She followed her leader, walking alongside her clanmates. This was so exciting! She was honored that her leader had chosen her to go on an important patrol to check Brookclan's border.
Violetstar gave a small nod to the eager warrior. She then turned and stride away from their camp. Her paws were swift and quick across the stepping stones that led from behind the waterfall. She stopped once she reached the ground, it was slightly wet and somewhat muddy from the constant mist that fell from the falls. She awaited there for the others, more out of being polite than anything.
Silvermist followed, keeping pace with her leader but also being cautious of where she set her paws and how. The last thing she wanted was to slip and fall. When she reached Violetstar, she paused beside her, waiting for the others.
Rushingriver had heard about a patrol and had been washing herself, quickly speeding up when she heard Violetstar preparing to leave. Finally settling for a very quick wash, that got the most important spots before hurrying to join the gathering cats. "May I join the patrol too violetstar?" She'd been keeping mostly quiet and to herself just hunting every now and then, mostly alone with her thoughts. she felt she needed to reconnect a bit with her clanmates.
“Of course!” Violetstar purred. It did warm her heart that her cats were so willing to patrol with her. Small actions like this were enough that Violetstar could see how loyal her clan was to her.
[ sorry this took me so long, i just got my computer all set up c: ]
Whiteperch stayed pretty quiet as the other cats joined the patrol, his claws sliding in and out in anticipation. It wasn't very often that warriors got to patrol with their leader, so he was excited to show off his skills.
“It seems we are all set then.” Violetstar murmured as she led the way out of the camp. The tortoiseshell leader had a steady pace, her paws seeming to glide across the stepping stones as they rounded from behind the waterfall. Her purple eyes were staring straight ahead, clearly focused on their task.
