She had it all together, didn’t she? To her clanmates anyways. They still seemed to be recovering, and here she was. Her weight returning, her fur groomed, and almost always holding a smile. Did her clanmates remember who she was merely moons ago? Probably not. She did, though. She still felt it. Her heart still ached. Yet... she put up such a believable facade. It was rather curious, how she managed it. But she did.
She laid her head on her paws, the sun warm on her furs. She lay near the pool of water the waterfall fell into, just rightout camp. Relaxing.
