Hi there! My name is Sunni and I am going to give this a try! I'm 19 years and will be going into my second year of college. I would like to biasedly suggest FallClan c; it's mostly traditional so there's not too much that you would need to learn about it. I know there's a kit available in both of these threads yet: [1][2] otherwise i definitely second Audrey's suggestion of the adoption center!
