Hey guys, I'm so sorry it's been so long since we've seen anything going on with SpringClan! That's entirely my fault, I took the last couple of months to focus IRL but now that I'm at a steadier place IRL, it's time to get back into the swing of things! There have been a lot of changes made to SpringClan that have been long overdue, I hope those of you who've stuck around with me are still looking forward to them! The time of soft, sweet, frolicking SpringClan cats is behind us. The road ahead has been paved with fire and gilded with gold. Fiercer, harsher, and more isolated than they originally were, the traditional customs and hierarchy of SpringClan has been lost in the flood that took Jetstar's life and the microstorm that took former leader Draven and former deputy Goldengriffon into its grasp and never relinquished them. Sakurastar stands as Empress of the Phoenix Age of SpringClan and her loyal guard has been promoted to the positions of Sect Lords, overseeing their own respective domains within SpringClan's new land. Uniqcrim has unfortunately left us, which means we are looking for users to fill roleplay position roles! More information will be posted on this in the coming days. Stay tuned if interested.
Because of the changes to the clan hierarchy, this activity check will not only serve as a chance to keep, delete, and promote characters, but also to place them in their new roles. You have two sections you can place your characters: Cultivators or Non-Cultivators. Cultivators are those who train and live to cultivate their spiritual energy and eventually attain immortality. They are also guardians of the Veil, which was split open into our world with the arrival of former leader Draven. Non-Cultivators are those who do not have a spiritual energy to train and grow, cannot attain immortality, and are incapable of guarding the Veil. They are your standard warriors, apprentices, etc. Cultivators are then divided into fully-pledged cultivators (adults) and disciples (apprentices). All kits start out as non-cultivators and can then choose whether they'll remain as non-cultivators or become cultivators in the next promotions ceremony. Pre-existing elders are automatically Non-Cultivators as they have not attained immortality before this time.
Another decision you'll need to make is, if you choose to have your character(s) be cultivators/disciples, they will need to be 'sorted' into a sect of your choice. Information on sect lands and sect cultures are in their respective tabs on the page.
