NOTES ABOUT PASTELCHAOS:
- he is very much not responsible enough to raise kits on his own and will be prone to doing things with them that he definitely should not be doing. the last time he watched kids, he dangled one over the edge of a cliff (no one died!) if someone wants to help him raise them plantonically or not that would be fun uwu
- as such, he's probably going to be the Cool Dad, one who basically lets the kits roam free with little to no consequences (he doesn't believe in rules)
- these kits will be little trophies to him that prove that he's Grown as a Person. even though he isn't very strict and doesn't act like a father figure in a lot of ways, he will make sure that all of their needs are met and that they grow up with a level of resourcefulness that will put them on track for success.
- he likes to tell stories of his past lives and likes to gossip and will inevievitably gossip all the time to them
- pastelchaos is the middle aged medicine cat apprentice, which is always a fun fact.

ABOUT THE KITTENS
- cometblur is the odd ball out and everyone sort of thinks he cramps everyone else's style.
- thistle and cinnamon are the closest, and most likely to egg each other on. as such, when the two of them are alone together, starclan only knows what kind of chaos they can cause. although cinnamon herself isn't amoral, her brothers tendencies sometimes rub off on her

the odd one out, cometblur is by far the most responsible of the litter. he is constantly frustrated by his adoptive father and his siblings, preferring law and order. because of this, his siblings see him as naggy, and he is often ostracized from the group. pastelchaos constantly tells him that he needs to lighten up or he'll turn grey by the time he's an apprentice. always gets dragged along into their whacky escapades even though he clearly doesn't want to be

if you want to see an unhealthy adoptive father-child relationship, look no further. because of her early interest in medicine, strawberryhex was always at pastelchaos' side, especially when he worked. she followed him around like a puppy, and in return, he made her his personal therapist. she knows just about everything in his life, and she also serves as a personal secretary, keeping him on task. when she's not attached to his hip, strawberryhex is often found antagonizing other cats simply to instigate drama, which she can then gossip to pastel about.

when the kits are off raising hell without pastelchaos, it is thistlecharm whose smooth-talking gets them out of trouble. absolutely charming, it is nearly impossible to say no to him. he isn't afraid to use that to his benefit, either. his tendencies border on manipulative, and he's willing to do just about anything to get his way. he doesn't have time for morality, and he flippantly disregards anyone who is no longer useful to him.

CINNAMON / SPELL img
cinnamonspell is a gal after pastelchaos' own heart. she's the most chaotic of the litter, and she has some of the worst ideas possible. an anarchist, cinnamon has little use for rules and views them as unnecessarily cramping her style. she has absolutely no filter, and she flirts with just about any cat she sees.
