Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Dusty brown like the earth that she lived in, Mina eyes glinted in the faint light drifting through the dust, the green foliage hiding her in their striped shadows. There was a mischief in her silent smirk, as she crept forward, her body so close to the ground her fur was brushing against the pebbles. There was a single-minded goal in the young cadet's expression, and it was the silhouette of her sister in the near distance.
With a wiggle of her hips and a lash of her tail, she leaped up onto the other cat, dustying the other cadet's usually pristine coat as she tackled the other cat with a yelp, rolling forward as she lost her grip and landing on her back, before looking up to the other cat. Two blinks later and she was laughing.
"Gooooood morning," she greeted with a rueful smirk, "how are we doing this morning?"
Aulora tumbled with her sisters tackle and rolled to her feet, peering down to meet her sisters eyes. A quick glance around to confirm neither their father nor anyone who might speak with him was around had her letting out her own laugh. She reached out to poke at Mina's face and giggled again at her games. "I suppose it's only appropriate I say I was wonderful until you came along, but I would also be lying."
There was something freeing about her sister and her being able to socialize alone, without the weight of their fathers gaze or their mothers feeble attempts to keep him from cracking down on them at their perceived failings. "Have you escaped to cause havoc among the ranks again?"

She gave Aulora a smirk. "When am I not?" she raised a brow at the other she-cat, as she shook out her fur, bumping the other cat with her shoulder. While her whole family was...a lot, the kind who were strict and annoying about all of it, but when she was alone with her sister, she could be herself a little bit, rather than just lashing out at her family and pretending like everything rolled off her back.
"So what were your plans? Sitting around and doing nothing, or do you wanna....sneak out?" A mischievous grin was on her face. She was tired of being in the dusty tunnels on a hot day like this.
"Sneak out of-course." She responded with a laugh, bright and infectious. Her choice was not only driven by the childish urge to explore and see more but instead bolstered by the desire to be away from her father and his looming presence. She felt like he was around the corner of every tunnel to pop out and question what they were doing.
She felt like she barley got do see her siblings or do anything fun with them anymore without being questioned. "Maybe we can see something besides dirt." She scoffed and eyed the tunnel around them with scorn. It seemed odd to her that the whole group lived underground like prey.

"Please!" she practically begged, "gods I'm so sick of breathing in the dust, I think that's why half the cats down here are insane, including literally everyone else in this godforsaken family." There was a tone of dramatics in her voice, as she pressed the back of a paw to her forehead as if she was about to faint. "Gods no one here has any humour and I'm surprised no one's died from breathing so much stale dust. We could poop rocks for all I know."
A giggle left her mouth as she glanced towards the entrance of one of the tunnels, the rocks a little lighter on that end. "Shall we? You know, there are those clans up there that skip through the forests or whatever, what do you think? Should we bother them and see where they live? I think it's about time we find a better meal than a couple of dusty old voles."
"Oh!" She beamed in sudden eagerness, "I forgot about the clans! We could meet some clan cats maybe, oh that'd be amazing." In truth she would likely be happy meeting any cat that was not part of the Regime. The views felt stagnant as her sisters said, it felt dull and she wasn't even an adult yet. She couldn't imagine how others had made their whole lives here.
The sunclan cats arrival was the most exciting thing that had happened, but she hadn't seen them since she heard of their arrival. Besides, she wasn't sure she wanted to try and befriend a bunch of refugees; they were probably right bores being all sad and the like.

(we should invade a sunclan thread and annoy the sunclanners ♥ )
"Yeah," she snickered, "didn't a bunch of them come out of nowhere? I'm sure we can prank them a little bit, send them running back to their old place or something. Or even better! Maybe we can convince them to bring us to where they used to live, so we can explore! I wonder why they came all the way out here in the first place..."
