Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Before the official reign of the resentful darkness that attempted to infiltrate and destroy everything in his path, not even a sun after the fall of the legendary light that offered herself in sacrifice for their continued survival, the white healer of SpringClan found herself sitting alone beneath the sacred cherry blossom tree of their territory. The sky wasn’t dark, rain wasn’t falling, but the sun stubbornly refused to completely poke its head out, and perhaps for good reason. There was a strange energy in the air, one that spoke of coming doom, and it was a feeling she had been struggling with since the loss of Jetstar and the arrival of Draven.
The soft breeze blew through the blossoms, rustling the tree and her soft fur, and she closed her mismatched eyes with a breath, a soft, bittersweet smile on her face. Hearing the approach of steps, soft rose and lilac eyes blinked open and she stared ahead at the pool that surrounded the island the tree sat upon, gazing at the reflection of blossoms and the skies above.
Standing to her paws, the she-cat turned silently and gazed at the tom who approached.
“Cardinalsong.” She murmured with a slow dip of her head.
Sakurablossom swallowed and turned back toward the blossom tree, offering the tom to sit beside her. “I am… as well as I can manage. Change is coming.” She glanced at him. “Cardinalsong, you are my most trusted confidante. When others looked upon me and thought I was too soft or airheaded, you saw through. Thank you for your loyalty. However… I’m afraid I didn’t just call you here to spend my last moments with you as SpringClan’s medicine cat and a resident of our home. I have a favor to ask of you. I’m afraid it concerns not only myself, but the entire clan.”
Cardinalsong blinked and tilted his head. "I see." He said softly, taking this information and processing it for a moment before nodding. "What is it?" He asked.
