Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. When Pinesimmer awoke, he would have a distinctly kitten-ish weight upon his head. Leveretkit hadn't meant to fall asleep on the medicine cat's head, but he'd come in to ask him if he'd like any soup and then he'd just looked so cozy all curled up in his nest, and his head hadn't looked bony at all. Now, he slept soundly with little kitten snores, twitching his paws as he dreamed and whacking Pinesimmer's brows every time he did so. He had no idea the last child who'd bothered the medicine cat had ended up dead. He was just sleep-deprived.
