His soft, fluffy paws skipped across the hard sandstone floor as Fatekit did his usual rounds. Of course, nothing was quite out of turn to the kitten's untrained eyes. Sure, there was a... hawk on top the kill pile? Wait. A hawk. Now this was some exotic eating, and he couldn't help himself. The kitten's skip turned into a trot at the sight. He failed to realize how big this bird was until he stood underneath it. The thing was far bigger than him, but he didn't let that stop him. He climbed up the pile until he could just barely grab the wing between his jaws. He pulled on it, and got the hawk and the rest of the pile to fall on top of him, but at least he got the bird...
