Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. Lightning crisscrossed the sky, lighting the dark world under it. As another wave of thunder boomed, Mantiskit sunk deeper into his soft nest. The soft feathers that lined the nest brushed up against his downy grey and white fur, adding chills to the trembles. His sleep had been fitful the moment the warm pelt of his sister, Frogkit, vanished, and it was the clapping thunder that had finally brought him away from his wakeful reveries. Naturally, his curiosity urged him to leave the nursery and watch the lightning (doubtless that's what Frogkit was doing outside at midnight right now), but he was too frightened. He scanned the den for a playmate willing to accompany him.
