Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. “Tag you’re it!” Cherrymahogany chirped excitedly as she barreled right into Dragonfly, tapping the tom on the shoulder before sprinting away in a mad fit of laughter. Okay so it was childish to invoke a kit game in the middle of a hunt, but the ginger tortoiseshell was bored beyond belief and there was no way she was going to make it through the day without a little excitement, and what better way to invoke excitement than tormenting your crush?
"No fair, you didn't warn me!" Dragonfly yelped. He shook his head as he dashed after her, eagerly abandoning the hunt to chase her instead. Life had been... it had been tricky lately, but maybe reconnecting with his old friend was exactly what he needed? At the very least, it was nice to be out with her again, so he forced a smile and hoped it would become more genuine as they went. He picked up the pace, his paws blurring beneath him as he charged at her.
