Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Normally she could handle herself better, but on days like today it was a little bit harder than usual. As Maplepaw made her way back to camp, a mildly plump thrush hanging in her jaws. To anyone else the prey would be enough to make their mouth water, and their stomach growl. Though her stomach did growl just the scent of the bird alone was enough to make the golden she-cat nauseous. In truth she couldn't wait wait to deposit her kill onto the pile for some other cat to take. Depending on how she was feeling she might convince herself to eat a mouse or two but, right now the odds of that where low.
As soon as she returned to camp she hustled over to the fresh kill pile and dropped it as though it physically pained her to touch it. Taking a deep breath to settle her stomach she stepped away from the food pile. Deciding she could just eat later she walked off, looking for something else to busy herself with, hoping none of her clan-mates had seen her mild panic a moment ago.

The black and orange she cat quietly watched from a distance as Maplepaw dropped the bird into the prey pile. She saw it happened, it was quick but it was there. The warrior hadn't noticed anything unusual like everyone else around, but once in a while noticed the apprentice act weird at times. Almost never seemed to eat or if she did not a whole lot. On the one hand it was none of her business, besides how would she go about talking to a cat she hardly spoke to? But on the other there was worry...she looked so awfully skinny...or well too skinny when they had food that could be eaten. Today Lightember thought she would act on it. Not all at once but at least get to know the younger cat. Befriend her.
Walking over to Maplepaw the small she cat gave a small smile. "Sorry to bother you, but by chance are you busy? I was supposed to go on patrol with Driftingspirit but he has seemed to have disappeared...again. I could use another pair of paws if you don't have anything else going on." Her sharp yellow eyes looked piercing and sharp as they looked over at the she cat, but her smile warm and kind.
