Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It had been over a Moon since Bloomingpaw had been sent to FallClan and she still wasn't sure why, not that she particularly minded. In such a short time the she-cat had fallen in love with the beauty of the territory and all it had to offer her. She loved going out into the territory to explore or even just getting a chance to play in the leaves when no one was looking, though she was sure Jayjack would take issue with her playing if he ever caught her. The one thing she hadn't accomplished yet however, was get to know some of her new clanmates, so today's mission was all about trying to find a new friend.
Looking around the camp, she didn't feel so confident, her blue gaze dancing from cat to cat as she struggled to decide who to approach first.

"Earth to Bloomingpaw. You in there, girlie?" Treasurecove said from the apprentice's side, waving a paw in front of her face. "You've been sitting here for a while with this confused look on your face. It's kind of funny, but I'm dying to know what you're thinking." A short laugh escaped him as he took a step back, not wanting to scare off the apprentice by being too close. He knew how jumpy some young cats could be and he was all about first impressions. "So, what's up?"
"Huh? oh! sorry." Embarrassed, the ginger-and-white she cat bent her head to give her chest a few tentative licks before straightening up and returning her attention to Treasurecove. She wanted to answer his question, but now that she actually thought about it, it sounded foolish to her and she didn't want to say it out loud, but she was also a terrible liar and couldn't think of anything better.
"I was trying to work up the nerve to go say hi to someone, Only I didn't know who to approach" she admitted.

Treasurecove’s smile widened from her admission. It was such a silly thing for her to say, but she was young and probably a little lonely. He wouldn’t make fun of her for it. “Well, aren’t you in luck? You got a free pass with me. Say hi all you want, but then...” he cocked his head to the side and gave her a thoughtful once over. “Maybe you were looking for someone closer to your age? I could point you in the right direction. Heck, I got an apprentice myself. Maybe you two could hit things off or something.”
"Oh uh, no they don't have to be my age." she spoke quickly, stumbling over her words. When did she get so bad at speaking? Things were so much easier before, when she could just run up to any of her clan-mates without a second thought but, that was in SwiftClan. She was a FallClan cat now, or at least she was trying her best to be one.
"Thank you though... It looks like I can use all the help I can get.."

“Oh, it’s no problem at all! I just thought I’d offer,” he said with a wave of his paw. He wasn’t really sure what to do after that though. Was she trying to brush him off or was she hinting that she wanted his company? Maybe he was the one who needed help on the social side of things. “I don’t know if help’s what you need, but you do seem to need a friend. If I remember right, you’re not from around here, right?” Buddying up with others wasn’t his first pick on how to spend his time, but Treasurecove was intrigued by the shy apprentice. She seemed nice enough so he couldn’t wrap his head around why she’d struggle just to say “hi” to a clan-mate. He wanted to learn more if she was willing to share.
