Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The time of day was night far after many warriors had been done with their duties. Whether they were hoping to find romance, flings, someone to have kits with, or are already disappointed by the turn out and want to go home the two were there and now it was time for conversations to fly. They only had 10 minutes and three partners to choose from so it’s best to ask and answer all the right questions to get to know the other.
Each speed round had a separate area for the two cats to talk. This particular speed round was located a little way out at a small cove. Beach waves rolled onto the snow white sandy shores, while the seafoam lulled behind each relaxing ocean wave. Along the shoreline were seashells as well as some lively hermit crabs. With a dark sky above the ocean never looked quite as brilliantly powerful as it did in this moment.
Kotori was as expect for a Regime tom. Short to fit into tunnels, scruffy black fur from working underground and to blend into his surroundings. Really the only patch of color was his half white face that stood out like a ghost in the dark night sky of the beach. Really he looked like a nobody, someone that could blend into the crowd by a simple turn of his face, a boring appearance. "I saw you had put down that you're in Primal Instinct, I was actually a member of the league for a long time, even if my birth place was the Regime," Kotori said as he walked along the shore side, "I was the last cat that got into the league before Vera E'tani started her cruel initiation process so I guess I had a lucky break there. Are you league born Cezra, or found your way into it?"
Cezra, like Kotori, wasn't much at first glance--fairly strapping, with his tussled tabby fur and mirthful eyes, but nothing that was particularly noteworthy. He could float through life unseen if that's what he wanted. But where was the fun in obscurity? No, he was the center of the crowd, drawn to excitement and promiscuity like a moth who would singe its wings to be near the flame.
He tilted his head as the other tom spoke, laying sidelong in the sands and watching as the other paced near the ocean's frothing maw. "You do strike me for a mole, isn't that what they're called? Or is that just what the League says? Or is it just me?" He smirked, the barb in his tome softened by humor. "No, I'm not from the League...or anywhere close for that matter. I came out of the Lowlands like a bat out of hell, but never did manage to fly my way to paradise. A pity," he sighed, loud and dramatic, but didn't dwell on it, burnished gaze moving back to Kotori. "Is this Vera E'tani why you left the League? What was so cruel about her initiation process?" Here, his head tilted to the side, obviously intrigued.
