Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Astutepaw is a smart little thing, always has been. To his brother Passionatepaw, he has all the answers and the most scientific ones too. But there’s that lingering problem of self confidence and the fact that not everyone likes being shown up by a little kit, even if they are large enough to pass as a warrior aged cat. The Maine coon can be often seen trying to shrink in on himself called make himself smaller, especially on the days when he aus nothing to do and his mind wanders. With a brain that never stops thinking — of different and more complex scenarios, math problems, and more — it’s no wonder that even when sitting still it all overwhelms him. Astutepaw hates that he overthinks, but at the same time he can’t help it. Luckily he can take pleasure in the little things, like now. Sitting a ways outside of camp, in a calm, quiet clearing, the tom is crouched down, counting the ants as they go by. “..52, 53, 54, 55….”
Serpenthaze liked to think logically about situations. Attempting to always think 5 steps ahead. Being named Inquisitor had come as a surprise and hadn’t been something he foresaw in his future. Serpenthaze was rather young still. Only a few moons since he was made a Shadowhunter. He felt there were better choices. Older shadowhunters that would of been better fit for the role, but the Consul himself was merely of student age. Leaving Serpenthaze only a few older than the Consul. As the newly named Inquisitor, he felt it was his duty to interact with the younger generations. Drag their spirits up and learn more about each and every one. He knew very little about the current crop of students. They hadn’t been in his realm of acknowledgement while he had been off playing house with his mate Vintagefox. So when he came across Astutepaw he saw it as an opportunity. “Hello.” He called out a greeting as he approached the tom not realizing he was interrupting his counting.

The older shadowhunter walked over to see his son counting...ants? Well at least he could help change that! The skinny brown cornish rex looked fairly old but then again he was old. That however didn't diminish his energy nor took away the swiftness in his paws. There was nothing but love and slight curiosity in Sagespirit's green eyes as he sat by Astutepaw. "Finding anything interesting watching these ants?" pao
Sagespirit looked over to see Serpenthaze and gave him a nod of acknowledgement. "Congratulations on becoming Inquisitor. It's nice to see you Serpenthaze." Which he truly meant. He himself never had an interest in a position like that but respected others who helped to lead the clan. His priority and focus was all on his loving sons.

Serpenthaze tipped his head in a greeting towards the older tom. "Hello Sagespirit, its nice to see you as well." The Inquisitor offered a friendly smile towards the father and son duo.
