Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. When he wasn't sleeping, eating, or allowing himself a break and breather by touring the territory or interacting with his clanmates, Elvenpaw was training. Whether that was one on one with his mentor, with a fellow apprentice, or – very rarely – against an intruder, whether they be feline or predator, it was near an extracurricular activity for himself. His work was his life and he was determined to become as strong as he could – or, at least, match the strength he once had, long ago.
As it was in that moment, the tom was facing off against a particularly sturdy and stubborn oak, narrowing his sights on it as he threw himself back into the fight, tooth and claw, ensuring his technique was smooth and flawless, while still emitting an intensity that could stagger his opponent and send them off kilter, offering him the necessary opening to disarm them and gain the upper hand. While diplomacy and peace were things Elvenpaw deeply desired and was always grateful for, he also understood that war could come to peaceful places at any time, and one must always be ready.
