The cursed thing had been buzzing around her head all day long and was giving her a terrible headache. Now she was in the corner of the nursery den frantically digging through moss and bedding until she found the cursed bug. Deliciatekit couldn’t take the irritation anymore and stormed out of the den, leaving it looking as though a small tornado had ripped through it.
She gently set herself down on the ground and began grooming her fur and nursing her headache. This was enough of this greenleaf heat already, regardless of how the prey ran. Maybe she’d just say foxdung to it all and go out to catch as many bugs as could make her heart content. The siamese she-kit really couldn’t decide but at that moment she was grumpy enough and she was already going stir crazy inside the camp.

Apricitykit yawned sleepily, blinking the blurriness out of her eyes only to find the nursery in utter shambles. She blinked... slowly rising to her paws, raising one up to rub at the corners of it in disbelief. There really was only one question on her mind....
What happened?
Finally her eyes landed upon the siamese she-cat "Di...did you do this?" more importantly why? She was NOT going to get blamed for this one, but it didn't look good as she sat amongst the carnage.

Deliciatekit stretched and flopped onto her side, carefully grooming a front leg casually as if not to attract attention. She paused long enough only to look at her brother, "It was a bug." Of course it was the bugs fault, not herself. That forsaken bug did this to her and to the den. "It was just going crazy. I ate it." And it hadn't tasted good in the slightest! But the triumph was enough for this she-kit.

Apricitykit blinked, letting out a loud audible sigh "But Delicatekit, that isn't and excuse to destroy the nursery. Bugs get in here all of the time" To be fair, she wasn't big fan of bugs either. They were gross and icky, but that was all the more reason to leave them be "You shouldn't eat bugs either, that is just gross. Just imagine all of those juice's that you have inside of your tummy now. It might make you have a tummy ache, then you will have to eat medicine that is even more gross than the bug"

She rolled her eyes and continued grooming herself clumsily. "I feel fine. We can fix the nursery. That bug got what it deserved. If I see another bug in here it's dead." She slammed q paw down on the ground, determined. "I will be the best bug catcher you just watch and see they won't get the best of me. Have you ever eaten a bug? It wasn't that bad." Her brother probably wasn't fast enough to get the bug and she smiled smugly.

Apricitykit shook her head slowly from one side to the other before rising to her paws "Well suit yourself, but you did this on your own so you can take the punishment on your own when the adults find out" she rose to her paws, eyes still looking around at the unprecedented mess with horror "I think they are more likely to call you a nursery destroyer than master bug catcher. Just because you want to be good at one thing, doesn't mean you should destroy what others are trying to do"

"Whatever, it'll be fine, I'm sure. Nobody even has to know it was me if you don't have a big mouth." The kit scoffed. Kindness certainly was not a trait that came naturally to her and it was the obvious solution. "If you tell on me I'll tell them you helped me." That should get her out of it, right? Deliciatekit wasn't a fan of punishment but that bug had really tested her patience beyond her limit.

Apricitykit shrugged her shoulders "Go right on ahead. I'm not going to lie for you, that is wrong. Even if I do get punished, at least it means you won't get away with it" the little she-kit was know for being a strict rule follower, and this was no exception "You need to learn that this is not ok, or you will just do it again in the future. The rules are there for a reason. No where are we all supposed to sleep tonight when there are no nests left?" [@ian since you wanted more kit rps]
"Now, now, ladies, ladies, why don't we all just calm down a little." Griffinkit was perhaps the dumbest tom in the entire nursery. If there was one thing that you shouldn't do, it's tell a girl to calm down, even ' a little '. Yet, the boyish grin on his face suggested he saw nothing wrong with his statement, probably because he hadn't ever interacted with a girl other than his littermates. Maybe that's why his chest was just a little more puffed than usual; maybe he was trying to peacock for the girls. "Now, what is it that you're bickerin' about?"

If looks could have killed, Griffinkit wouldn't have made it to the first day of his apprenticeship. Apricitykit's blue gaze searing through him, rather than looking at him "Keep your nose out of our business" her paws itching to give him a well aimed slap across the cheek "It isn't polite to interrupt when others are speaking, you should wait your turn" he tail quivered with irritation but she made no move to follow through with her thoughts of violence... yet.
She took in a deep breath before continuing "and secondly, NEVER tell a lady to calm down"

Deliciatekit gave her sister an annoyed side glance, "Now what's got your fur in a bunch? You're just a silly rule follower, Griffinkit didn't do anything ruder than you now did he?" She said the words with an innocent lilt, really just in an attempt to egg her sister on and make her more frustrated than she already was. It was probably rude and wrong but at least it would be funny to watch the silly rule follower throw a tantrum over a couple of works.
"Apricity over here just doesn't know how to handle mastery in progress," The kit said with an exasperated sigh.

Apricitykit huffed, half debating which kit she wanted to tackle. Instead, she smoothed down her fur and turned to leave "Then have fun on your own. I'll be watching from the sidelines when you get what's coming for you" She walked away don't do it, don't do it repeating over and over again in her mind. Your sister wants you to be angry, don't give her what she wants.
