Troublemake groaned as he found out the meaning behind the beads. He had been looking forward to going on a date with a young lady, but it seemed like he was going to be stuck with his little half-brother, and not just any half-brother. The wierd one. With a sigh he made his way "All right, come on dude. We got places to be. I'm gonna teach you a few things" ( for dragonfly Cleaver, but ANYONE can jump in and join <3)
"You're going to teach me?" Dragonfly twitched his ear as he looked up at his brother. He was looking forward to getting out of the camp, and maybe it wouldn't be bad to bond with his other siblings now that . . . . now that Ladybug was gone. But Troublemaker was only here because of their bracelet, and he wasn't even trying to hide his reluctance.
"Look we don't... we can just say we spent time together, okay?"

Troublemaker shook her head "Absolutely not, you and I are going on an adventure. End of story" he draped his tail over his brother's shoulder to get him moving, he had mischievous grin on his face "Besides the young lady i'm going out with has a sister, and she is just YOUR type" he purred, not taking no for an answer "Hurry it up, little brother"
The tom led Dragonfly towards the DayClan border, waiting on the she-cat to show up at the border Jadie
The she-cat who appeared was quite the beauty. She had long fur and an hourglass figure that didn't stop with beautiful silvery blue fur and dark swirly tabby stripes. Her eyes were also of particular note, clear and colorless like chips of diamond, and she wore a friendly smile. The dirt on her paws betrayed that she wasn't a DayClan cat before her scent revealed her Regime roots.
"Troublemaker. You didn't say you were bringing a friend," The she-cat sounded a touch disappointed but only just. After all, this had be framed as a date not a hang-out, but she was mostly okay for the change of pace. To be fair she was just doing this for fun and at no point had she seriously intended for a real relationship to blossom from this anyway.

"Well I intended for it to be" he purred, leaning over and giving her a sweet little lick on her cheek "However, me and my brother here got paired together for some sort of friendship thing that Littlestar started" he rolled his eyes dramatically, making it clear how he felt about the whole Summer Solstice thing. I mean really, did everyone have to get along? It was like throwing a rabbit into a burrow and expecting it stay there. They were gonna run.
I remember you mentioning that you had a sister, so I thought we could just go on a double date. My brother is a bit.... odd.... but, he has a good heart. Might be just the guy your sister needs to get her out of her shell" he looked over at Dragonfly with a grin "Besides he needs to get out more, live a little. It'll be good for both of them"
Dragonfly rolled his eyes, less than excited to be here. He hadn't gone on a date since Cherrypaw died; losing his girlfriend felt like the end of the world until he lost his sister and it was so much worse. He wasn't ready to be in a relationship again, to lose someone else; he needed time to heal and recover, but Dragonfly knew his brother didn't care about that.
"Hi," he greeted, dipping his head to the mysterious she-cat as they joined her. She seemed... nice. Like Troublemaker's type, from what little he knew of the tom. "I'm Dragonfly. I'm sorry about Troublemaker." He shot his half-brother an annoyed glare. He didn't even tell the others that Dragonfly was coming? "I can go."
"I'm Sapphira Vellicorpse," The she-cat replied and her attention was immediately drawn to Dragonfly, even as Troublemaker licked her cheek. You see, the silver-furred she-cat was a bit of a fixer, and she zeroed right in on the withdrawn, half-hearted way Dragonfly introduced himself, "And no, you can stay, we'll have fun today! To be honest, I'm not sure if either of you will be able to keep up with my sister, but there's no harm in inviting her to join us. Wait right here and I'll come back shortly."
With that, she she-cat padded away and practically disappeared into thin air, AKA a hole in the ground that was hidden by a slight hill.

Troublemaker nudged his brother playfully as she walked away "Aw come on now, Sapphira is really nice so don't act like you are going to a funeral" he stared after her as she went to find her sister "You haven't dated anyone since Cherrypaw and since no one in SunClan has caught your fancy, its time for you to start looking elsewhere. They can always initiate later if you hit it of" the golden tom looked back at Dragonfly with a more serious tone this time "Really, dad is worried about you. So if you don't do this for yourself, do it for him"
Loelia followed Sapphira out, for a short second she looked as shy as the sun on a cloud day. Her front paw inched in front of the other, feeling a wave of dizziness seeing Troublemaker and Dragonfly. Would they li- her violet gaze moved back to Sapphira's warm presence. Her worries melted away quick as ice in the summer heat standing beside her big sister. Dipping her head to the two toms she offered them a polite smile, "I'm Loelia, pleased to meet both of you."
The best word for her was unexpected. She didn't have the meek soft voice that all the other good girls had. Her voice was a bit more rough, playful, yet still maintaining a kind tone. She didn't have Sapphira's extraordinary looks, she had course black fur that was patchy with skin in some areas more than others. Her back legs were held up by bark braces and fastened to her front legs by willow leaves in order to mimic her front legs movements like marionette strings. She looked laughable to any jerk who crossed her path and deserving of a polite smile by any well meaning stranger, but she held herself just like anyone else, perhaps even more so than the average person. There was that brave kind of energy from her, one that radiated off of survivors of tragedy and the the inspiring disadvantaged kind. "So. Are we uh, ready for whatever this is?" Loelia asked, looking back at Sapphira
The pasty white tom wasn't moved by his brother's concerns. Not until he mentioned their father. Then Dragonfly blinked, startled, and looked up at him. "Dad's really worried? About me?" He had no idea Honeysplash was paying any attention, much less that he actually cared about what happened to him. He was touched, and a little smile formed on his face. Maybe he could go on one little date. It wouldn't be fun, but he could make it through, right?
"You know, I've been thinking about Dad a lot too. Like when we were kits and got mud all over his nest. He was so mad, and..." His story trailed off as his mouth formed into a silent, startled "Oh" at the sight of his date. She was so unlike Sapphira, her sister, not nearly as stunning, though he found himself staring all the same. He had never seen the strange contraption holding her legs up either, and the choice confused him until he put together the pieces of what it probably meant. This was Sapphira's sister? They weren't very much alike... as distant as he and Troublemaker. Dragonfly liked that.
Finally, he tore his eyes away, embarrassed by how intently he had been looking at her. Then he looked back at her because she was his date, so he needed to introduce himself, even though she was probably put off by his staring already...
"Hi!" Dragonfly called over to her, waving his tail. "Uh, I'm Dragonfly. A SunClan whereior."
"A warrior," Loelia replied back, her words were sweet and playful tickling the ears of anyone near, "Well I'm a scout, so I pretty much hunt from early dawn until dusk," She explained, but she too was staring at Dragonfly, but soon it became apparent as to why, "I've always heard of the painted cats, but seeing it in person it's so specific. Do they have any meaning or are they to um, attract attention?"

Troublemaker was about to answer Dragonfly, when the two sisters emerged once more from the tunnels. His eyes only lingered on the contraption for a moment before settling on Loelia's eyes as he introduced himself "Nice to finally meet you Loelia. Sapphira has told me a lot about you. I'm Troublemaker, and this is my brother" he greeted cheerfully, making his way over to Sapphira's side "Our paint has a lot meaning, from the color, the symbols and placement, but it would ages to explain all the intricacies of it" his tail lightly tapping Sapphira's shoulder as he spoke, but he was glad to see his brother hitting it off with Loelia "but we will have plenty of time to answer your questions. I was thinking that we could go an investigate something along SunClan and DayClan's border. There has been a rumor going around SunClan that there is a dragon sleeping near the twolegs nests there" his eyes glimmered with mischief "I don't believe it myself, but if its true it could be a fun adventure" FaithJadieCleaver
"Oh, the dragon? I heard some of the DayClan cats talk about it! Some of them said that it could breath fire and was the real reason why the volcano erupted, not the Sun God," Sapphira was much more interested in the mythical creature than the body paint, it was all too easy to tell by the way her diamond eyes lit up and tail swayed eagerly at the mention of the adventure, "I'd love to go! But... only if my sister is up to it. My schedule is clear for the rest of the afternoon, but she may have an evening patrol."
Loelia got around amazingly for a paralyzed cat, but Sapphira didn't want to agree to something that would be unusually hard on her sister. Long-distance travel was nothing something to be taken lightly for someone in her condition. So, she felt it best to leave the decision up to her in as painless a way as possible. She gave her sister a friendly smile and a nod, I'm cool with whatever you want to do, she silently communicated.

Troublemaker nodded "We can always do something closer if you prefer, it is just an idea. I wouldn't want to make you late for your patrol" he figured Saphira was giving her sister an out, but he didn't comment on it. He would have done the same for his twin, had they been here. He hoped that he had made the option enticing enough, he had been itching to exploring but it would far to difficult on his own.
That's cool, I hunt too, Dragonfly wanted to say, but he was spared the embarrassment when his brother spoke up. Instead, he nodded a few vigorous times.
"I'll tell you more about the paint on the way there," he offered, eager to find something she was interested in. "And all my personal markings. You can tell me about being a scout!" The red and orange paint stuck out against his pale fur, but the markings themselves weren't very interesting, and he was worried they would grow tired of talking about him rather quickly.
"Um..." Loelia began, her paws shuffling in the soil before looking away from the group. It seemed like a nervous behavior, but in reality she was estimating how hard the ground would be on her paws, if the terrain was fit to walk on with even footing. The land appeared flat enough, sure there were plenty of grooves, but it was abnormal, hill woodland area where the ground had random mounds extruding out tripping her up. Likely she could make the trek, it was just having the energy to go on a scout patrol after this that would be tiring.

Troublemaker nodded, before looking to his date with a big grin "It seems like the adventure is ago"
He made his way over to her side to give Dragonfly and Loelia a chance to talk between just the two of them "I'm excited to see if all the rumors are true. I heard that the dragon was quite frightening, but you have nothing to worry about. Not only will it be sleeping, but you have the two of us to protect you" he led the way towards the outskirts of SunClan's territory and as they neared the roar of twoleg monster's could be heard long before they came into view "I always wondered if the twolegs kept the dragon as their pet like they do monsters" FaithJadie
Dragonfly let his brother take the lead and dropped back to Loelia's side. He hesitated a moment, wondering if he should help her, but she had made it out here just fine on her own. She must be able to handle herself or else she wouldn't be out here, right? Still uncertain, he decided the best plan was just to assume she had it under control until she said otherwise.
"So, our paints," he began, trying to think of a good place to start. "We wear them for a lot of different reasons. Like the Priestesses and the Soothsayer have special paint colors and symbols. The High Priestess has a flame on her forehead, white or black, and warm colors of paint. The Soothsayer gets cooler colors, blues and greens, and their symbol is an eye. That also goes on their forehead."
"I think I can take care of myself, but it's nice to know I have the support."
Yeah, Sapphira was pretty sure Troublemaker was not the tom for her. He thought he was a lot stronger than he actually was which was totally not hot. That didn't mean she wasn't having fun, however, and it seemed that Loelia was, too. She just hoped that her sister wouldn't push herself too hard.
"How long do you think it'll take us to get there?"
