Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. Littlerstar poked her head into the nursery "Cherrypaw" she called gently to give notice of her presence before padding inside. The young she-cat was pregnant along with many other apprentices. While SunClan had always encouraged she-cats to have kits, she had always disagree with apprentice pregnancies. She had one of her own that had nearly killed her, so to see so many cats in the same situation was disheartening "I was wondering if we might talk" biyuu ☆彡 [hey der friend]
It was a miracle of nature that Cherrypaw was still pregnant, somehow. "What about?" she asked as she lay on her back, lifting her head so that she could see Littlestar over her distended belly. "Will I like the conversation? Will it stress me out? I'm trying to induce labour so I can get these little brats out of me. I mean, darlings. Little darlings."

"Well that is what I would like to talk to you about" she replied taking a seat beside of the apprentice "How are you feeling about becoming a mother?" though she already had part of the answer just by the fact that she was calling the kits brats. It was clear she wasn't really ready for the responsibility of having more kits "Are you feeling ok physically?"
Cherrypaw's eyes narrowed. "I'm was elated to become a mother," she said, "because I thought I was, y'know, gonna become a mother. And I thought my Handsome would be so happy to become a father, but..." Cherrypaw's eyes welled up with tears suddenly. "But what if the pregnancy goes on too long and something bad happens to the kits, Littlestar? What if Handsome decides I'm no good to him anymore and abandons me?!"

"You will become a mother" she replied softly, feeling for the young she-cat understanding the fear that had her so worried "Even if something happens, nothing can change that. The lives that you carry within you have already made sure of that" she paused giving time for her words to sink in "I wish I could promise you that nothing bad is going to happen to you, but I can't do that in good conscious. You are still young, to young to be having kits of your own. Things do go wrong in kittings, even under the best of circumstances. What I can tell you is that you have people here that love you, and will support you through whatever is to come. SunClan has one of the biggest groups of healers of any clan, who have experience in guiding queens like you through the process"
